Will this help me through my break because my track season next Year and I been bored with jogging and running with wieghts doing 400′s don’t excite me anymore. or like jump Squats and lunges are getting boring so will this be effective. I’m 16.

bascially im only 12 years old at height 5’1 and 146 pounds you couldnt imagine the bullies i have to deal with im very mature but sometimes i cant handle it all. I really need to lose weight and i want to do it by the end of next year to be at least 120 pounds. Please if you have any advice please help. I would go to a pro or a gym or a nutritionist but my family doesnt have the money to do anything of that sort so please help im begging you

@algelyn26 if you think your waist is to small and you want more curves you need to get more calories ,or burn less calories in your work-out .it’s simple as that .The exercises you see on youtube and tv are to get a tighter smaller waist .If you have the kind of body in wich you can eat whatever you like but don’t gain weight you can consider a weight-gainer (bodybuilding supplement) to gain some weight and curves .Good luck!
