I usually stick with fitness dvds… I just got 2 Kelly Coffey ones that you don’t need anything. I got it off fitnessfly’s website I found a 10% off code AMZMKT but I think it’s only for the first time…just in case anyone needs it :)

@SHINeeLoove Well, to actually lose weight you’re gonna need cardio, even a 30 min walk around the neighborhood is already gonna help. jumping rope is really good too, just try doing it for 3 min at least.
