No work out should take more than an hour in my opinion also you can do a lot around the house push ups and sit ups are great find something about 8-12 inches high put one hand on that and do push ups the switch. Water weighs 8 lbs a gallon so use that wall sits are great too

this works people! I started doing this october 1st 2011, by december 1st 2011 i was 255 pounds from 298. do this, it works. Keep at it, eat right. Cut out soda, drink LOTS of water.. it’s the key guys.

Anyone struggling with their weight needs to read the new book by Sean Croxton. I’m a personal trainer and even I learned things from it. It’s really an eye opener!

Step 1: Go to FatLossDarkSide. com

Step 2: Read the guide and actually FOLLOW IT!

If you do that, then really, there’s no way you wouldn’t get results. The info is all there, the rest is pretty much up to you.

I’m a 5’8 14 year old girl who weighs about 125 lbs. I have a little bit of unwanted belly fat so doing this work out will really help me get strong and lose the pounds so I can begin to get some abs for summer. :)

@ProphetOfIonia well good luck! I’m not very overweight, i don’t even know if I am, but I need to get some pounds of my ass lol.. So I am trying to eat less and eat more healthy food + doing this workout almost every day. I am sure you can do it, as many people manage to lose weight. You just need the willpower :D

You know whats funny? I’m a depressed 16 year old who is 6’2″ weigh 220 pounds. Nvm thats not funny. but im willing to give this a try.. this with my upper body exercises in the gym should help a lot.
